Oblivia: Ka-Boom

  • This multicultural performance art ensemble have already explored the concepts of reason and emotion twice previously in their Museum of postmodern art and Super B. Ka-Boom, the third in the series, will premiere at Helsinki Festival.

While the first two instalments examined the past and the traces of it left in the present, Ka-Boom travels into the future and turns to look at the present day from this new vantage point. What can be done if everything has already happened? Ka-Boom brings together speech and movement, emotion and reason. It comments, critiques and analyses, keeping a straight face while staying funny.
